Jason has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to child welfare and mental health. Through Ballast he hopes to bring success to all children in Arkansas by encouraging meaningful connections.
For the past 15 years Jen has served children and families through education and child welfare. Her hope is equip educators and caregivers in their pursuit of excellence.
Raegan has served families and at-risk populations for the past 8 years. She graduated from Arkansas Tech with a degree in Crisis Management. Her passion is helping families through crisis.
